What type of hard rive do I have?

I have a Fujitsu-Siemens Scenic E300 Desktop computer, the hard drive capacity is 37.GB but I want to upgrade it to the maximum amount of space I can get. I'm not sure what hard drive fits my computer, can anyone help me?
