What OS to Install on old PC?

There will most likely be a big problem called the Y2K bug, which is a BIOS problem unable to identify the year 2000, January 1, 00:00:01...so the date time stamp will be wrong in BIOS and this will mess everything up in the operating system. Check your BIOS version date and see if it is AFTER January 2000, if so, you probably will get Windows 98/Millenium to install and at the very best, Windows 2000. I seriously doubt that old P3 will run XP, even in minimalist mode.
