I'm not a PackardBell fan, but it seems to have the advantage here with the extra RAM, larger hard drive, and on-board graphics. You'll be out of RAM quickly with the Fujitsu because it uses part of the 2GB RAM for video/graphics. Depending on the type of use, you'll also run out of hard drive with the Fujitsu. The PackardBell system has 512MB dedicated RAM for video, so the 3GB of system RAM can be used for doing things YOU want to do. Hope this helps...
