Whenever I turn on my laptop, it always asks me to log into my windows live messenger. How do I turn this off?

In Windows Live Messenger, you click on the “Show Menu” button at the top right. The Option Window will popup, Click on “Sign in” on the left navigation, and uncheck the box “Automatically run Windows Live Messenger when i log on to Windows” -> and Click “OK”
