My laptop won't start!?

I'm using a Fujitsu L1010 laptop. After I cleaned it, it won't start. The lights for the 'Support', 'Internet', 'Mail', 'Eco', 'Camera' lights up but the screen does'nt come on. However, the scroll lock symbol is flashing. Help ASAP!
