Are there any at&t phones that have . . .?

. . . a touchscreen (doesn't matter if its slide out or not), 3.5 mm headjack, FM Radio, Threaded texting, and NO data plan? I'm planning on getting a new at&t phone, and it has to meet all my standards. Thank You!
