When closing down my computer a message comes up , waiting for program to close explore.exe playing log off?

Is it explore.exe or explorer.exe? explorer is part of Microsoft and is a file manager application and is sometimes a bit slow shutting down, i'm guessing your using windows 7, as this message pop up when logging off only appears in windows 7, you don't usually need to use the force shutdown as it goes off by itself after a few seconds unless you have an issue, if it does go off by itself then there's nothing to worry about nearly everyone gets it.. There's not a need to reformat unless there's a big problem with your hard drive.. There is not much detail there about the wifi not working here either.. if the internet is not working via your wifi but is through ethernet that would probably mean there is an issue with your wireless receiver in your laptop or you have not connected to the wireless router properly via your laptop if its something new to you.
