Why can't I watch Youtube videos?

I just got this new laptop yesterday. It's Fujitsu Lifebook NH571 Notebook. It came out just this week. I'm able to watch videos on other websites, except for Youtube. Everytime I try to watch a video on Youtube it says adobe flash plug in crashed. I downloaded the latest version of it just 10 minutes ago. I even uninstalled it and re-installed, and still I get that stupid message. What can I do to fix it?
