How do i flash the bios (or recover password) fujitsu t1010?

so basically im running win7 x64 and ubuntu 10.10 on my Fujitsu Lifebook T 1010 and i want to mess with the bios to get the tablet working better but i set the bios password and disabled booting through usb cd etc(all while on ambien i might add... never try to update your security while on ambien.) so i need to either reset the password or flash the bios. i have tried just a regular update and i have DskFlash and BiosSet along with a bios BUP file but im not quite sure how to use the programs. i have done a lot of Googling to no avail. any help would be amazing! any links anything would be appreciated,
