How to start a Non-existing business on facebook?

Okay..I have been known to edit my own pictures and from time to time i edit friends pictures and i always get the awe's and "you should really start trying to make money doing this". Well i was just wondering while adding business's i like on facebook if anyone can make a business page and try to start making money? I mean it would take a while to get it going; i'd do free pictures to get some fans and it would take a while to make the money and grow it into something but i'm willing to put in the work. i just dont know how to go about things..like if i come up with a clever name to give it do i have to like run out and jump through hoops and pay to use a name or can i just try it and hope for the best. i would just hate to pay into something that i'm not sure will make any money..since i am barely making it day to day as we speak. i feel like i'm wasting talent and want to brighten up facebook with my colorful editing pictures. i am scared to start and then find out i broke some law i didnt even know was there. i am very new to this and would love any help and information to educate me in this matter.
