What should i do/it means if a girl that just moved next door sometimes watches me and asks to become friends?

A girl just moved in a couple houses down and when ever/sometimes i shoot hoops or go biking she watches me. Then a couple days ago she came over to me when i was shooting hoops and asked if we could become good/best friends. Then we started hanging out a little bit, and she asks me questions like (have you ever dated, or what's your favorite color). Its been a week and a half since this all began. Now she started introducing me to her other friends. And a week after this she invites me to one of her frineds party that i just met. What should I do???? I am puzzled. Does she like me=help!!!!! Tahnks!?!!
