SSD for netbook HDD replacement question?

In the search for better performance for my trusty little Lenovo S12 netbook (Windows 7, 1.66GHz Intel N270 CPU, 2GB RAM) I am considering purchasing an SSD. The S12 came with a Fujitsu 160GB HDD (SATA II, UDMA Mode 5 - Ultra ATA/100, 8MB buffer). I am thinking of replacing it with this SSD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231377. the cost is pretty good at $129, but will it make a noticeable speed increase for me? According to the HD Tune program, I have a minimum transfer rate of 29.2 MB/s and a maximum transfer rate of 63.4 MB/s with an access time of 18.0 ms. The SSD I have indicated has read times of 285 MB/s and read times of 275 MB/s. So, what do you guys think?
