Should I get the iPhone 4 or wait until the iPhone 5?

So, I still can't decide whether I should wait for the iPhone 5 release or get the iPhone 4 now. Sure, the unlimited data on Verizon is going to diminish after July 7, but at least they'll have cheaper options, which is what I was going to get anyway.
