Just got burnout paradise on store. Can I transfer the saves?

Just got a copy of burnout paradise from the ps store but as it expires soon thought I'd buy a hard copy. The disk version doesn't read my save data tho! Anyone know if this can be transferred over so I don't lose my progress?
