Is this PC good. 10pts?

It's decent for doing college work, but playing games? No. That computer is not near among the powerful computers these days and it has an on-board graphics card. It would be sufficent for playing on your Internet Browser though. You need a far better PC to play top of the line games at high settings and be among the powerful computers these days.
