My diet is a healthy one. I drink a lot of water and avoid "snacks" and junk food. I only eat what my mother makes to eat and some fruits. As for exercise, I spend an hour each day shooting some hoops. Usually it's 100 degrees outside. And I start sweating almost immediately. I weigh 150 lbs and am 5 ft 10. So is this a good "plan" and will it help me achieve that 6 pack? BTW I'm not "fat," I've lost a lot of weight, i need to lose that left over belly fat and make it a six pack. Thanks to the replies.
